3. Prices
Arda Games ApS reserve the right to change listed prices at any time without prior consent. All listed prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and incl. VAT.
4. Payment Options
Arda Games ApS accepts payments via various credit and debit cards, as well as online payment platforms. The payment will only be deducted from your account once an item is shipped. The deducted amount will never exceed the approved amount at check-out.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Arda Games ApS delivers to address in Denmark.
We always aim to ship orders within 2 business days after received payment, however longer delivery times can happen during busy times.
Arda Games ApS ships orders with GLS starting at DKK 50. We always aim to ship all items in a single parcel, although it may occasionally be necessary to ship items separately. If so, this will incur no additional cost on the customer. GLS will attempt to deliver parcels to the selected parcel shop during check-out, however may deliver to a different destination, if the chosen parcel shop is full.
6. Receiving Items
It is vital that customers contact us immediately if the parcel has any visible damage or the content does not live up to your expectations.
7. Cancellation and Return Policies
When shopping on the Arda Games ApS' webshop you have a 14 days right of withdrawal, during which we'll happily refund your purchase. The amount will be transferred to the used card during check-out.
Please be aware, that the shipping cost on a returned parcel falls on you, the customer. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email with the order number included along with a list of the returned items.
If you choose to return a parcel between ordering and receiving the items, please deny receiving the parcel when delivered and inform us in writing that you've chosen not to accept the parcel. We will the deduct the postage cost of returning parcel to us from the reimbursed amount transferred to your used payment card.
Uncollected parcels will be treated in the samme manner.
We only accept returned items unused and in its original packaging. When returning items, please include your receipt of purchase.
Returned items can be sent to the company's registered address.
When shopping on Arda Games ApS' online store, you have a 24 month warranty granted under the Purchase Act, commencing the date of delivery. During this period, you can either have the item replaced, the fully paid amount or part thereof reimbursed, all depending on the given circumstances.
8. Personal Data
Arda Games ApS naturally respects your privacy. When shopping on our online store, you will only be required to supply information deemed necessary for us to serve you as a customer. This includes, but is not limited to, the information necessary to deliver a parcel to you, i.e. name, address, phone number and email address.
We register your personal data for the sole purpose of being able to deliver the product to you. The information will always be internal and kept confidential for third parties, with the exception, of course, of a possible chosen shipping company, which must use name, address, telephone number and email address in order to deliver packages.
When registered with Arda Games ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act. If you have any questions or general inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us either via our contact page or by email.

When accessing the Arda Games ApS webstore, cookies may be stored on your device.
